Returns & Exchanges

At Cloudflare Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
